About Me
Melany van Ommeren
With a background in Eco-Tourism Management and I experience in management positions over the years, I founded my own company in June 2022. I use my qualities in commercial work as well as volunteer work. I am the Creative Director behind Mpressive.

Trainer and co-developer of the STEP program.
STEP stands for Suriname Talent Excellence Program, and is a 4 month program with the aim of: developing talent and ambitious professionals within Suriname to develop their professional and personal leadership with the help of trainers within and outside Suriname
The program is now underway and will run until May 6, 2023.

For recruitment there are three fees in addition to a start fee for the start of work such as creating a vacancy add (optional), posting and distributing the add, collecting CVs, inviting candidates for the first interview, sending recordings, email and phone correspondence, selection, second interview, completion.
